Frequently asked questions

The camera or microphone doesn't work

Check ReactShow's permissions in the iPhone Settings app. If another app is recording, stop it before trying again.

Check the permission to add photos and videos and the free space on your device. Keep the app open until the export finishes.

I can't find dual-camera recording

Recording with both cameras at once depends on your iPhone model. All other modes work with a single camera.

How do I cancel ReactShow Pro?

The subscription is managed by Apple. Open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › ReactShow and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.
